The organisation works effectively and efficiently: the staff of the Rotterdam head office regularly visits clients ships and foreign offices, conduct assessment interviews and carry out audits. Maintaining quality, flexibility, welfare and mutual understanding among personnel members coming from various countries run like a red thread through the industry.

MHR invests constantly in its people. Much attention is paid to training, educating, career planning and counselling under supervision of the STC in Rotterdam. It leads to internationally acknowledged diplomas and (S.T.C.W.) certificates for the shipping and other transport sectors.
