The Netherlands Shipping Training Centre (NSTC) is a foundation established by the Royal Association of Netherlands Shipowners (KVNR), the Palompon Institute of Technology (PIT) and Shipping and Transport College (STC). The training centre is located in Palompon, Leyte the Philippines and offers maritime training courses ranging from Basic Safety till tailor made.
